Dear Friends,

It is my pleasure to inform you about the upcoming Dr. Jay Sandweiss Advanced Program that will take place in Toronto, this November 7-8, 2026, focused on the clinical integration of Neurofunctional Electroacupuncture and Manual Techniques, based on many decades of successful practice.

Last year, Dr. Jay's Toronto Advanced Program was a resounding success. I know that this year it will be another outstanding experience for all participants.

As I said to you last year, the distilled knowledge of a veteran practitioner is worth gold, and Dr. Jay is one of my favorites of all time.

Clinical practice is the never ending task of finding concrete and individualized solutions to unique health problems using general principles and prior experience.

We all know that there is no substitute for our own repeated individual clinical experience, but there is the wonderful possibility to accelerate our skill acquisition by being exposed to the discoveries of a veteran practitioner in an intimate, friendly environment, like the one provided this November at Dr. Jay's Advanced Course, that will be strictly limited to 20 participants.

If you are, like me, in the quest for a never ending professional improvement, this opportunity provided by Dr. Jay in Toronto is a "once in a lifetime" and frankly you should take advantage of it by deciding to be one of the self selected 20 practitioners to attend.

Personally, in my long career, I have learnt a lot from experienced practitioners, both by listening to them and by watching them doing clinical cases. Indeed, I have travelled the world several times just to have the privilege to see great practitioners at work.

I wish I was in Canada during this course, but unfortunately my professional commitments in Europe prevent me from doing so. However, as I did last year, I will personally encourage all the instructors of the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program to attend this Advanced Program again so they can pass this wisdom on to our own McMaster Program participants, as well as incorporate these techniques and insights into their practices.

Dr. Jay Sandweiss teaching focuses on showing how to reach a fast and effective functional diagnosis and treatment protocol for identifying common imbalances associated with pain problems, and then treat them using an integrated approach mixing neurofunctional acupuncture and manual techniques. In addition to discussing metabolic, behavioral and miscellaneous factors whenever appropriate.

Dr. Jay's treatment approaches can be very useful to health professionals integrating acupuncture with manual techniques, such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massage therapists.

During the Program, Dr. Sandweiss plans to demonstrate and teach his own version of numerous osteopathic manipulation techniques for different regions of the body that can be easily integrated into the practice of any licensed health professional.

All course registrations will be processed through his website at:

Give yourself the gift of extraordinary knowledge and decide to enjoy the teachings of Dr. Jay Sandweiss this upcoming November 7-8, 2026.

Your colleague in excellence,
Dr. Alejandro Elorriaga Claraco
